What are 'sets' and 'reps'?

Reps
Sets are how many reps you do in a row between periods of rest.
e.g. 'A set of 5', means a set where u perform 5 repititions.

Reps, short for repititions, are the action of one complete strength training exercise. e.g. One bicep curl
